Electric power transmission cost change dynamicly,when the load changes,power and line loss are followed,so that the cost must fluctuate at a certain range.And power is transient in nature,can only reflect the situation of a cross-section,which can not satisfy the dynamic changes of the flow,only process description can enable the mathematical relationship between cost and power energy more precise.Therefore,this paper focus to the energy,calculates the transmission costs paragraph by paragraph.There are many factors impact the transmission cost,network loss is the only factors that financial accounting methods can not solve.Based on power distribution,this paper presents an analytic solution for the power transmission cost by energy tracing and cost flow conservation principle,points out a weighted average solution for the cost.The solution has the advantage of integrating physical flow and transmission cost caused by network loss and presenting an accurate analysis of the cost.At last,the computational result on power system of IEEE 3 generators and 9 nodes proves that the method presented in this paper is available in the practical applications.
