Field test,theory analyse and numerical simulation ,these three methods are used on the thermodynamic calculation for the underground transformer conveyance tunnel in Ertan hydropower station in this paper.And heat and humidity mechanism during the the prosesses of flow and heat transfer are analysed efficiently and accurately.Based on material characters of the tunnel rock in the power station are measured in the lab,the air temperature,humidity and the wall temperature along the length of the tunnel are tested on the local. Then by dealing with those field tested data using matlab and origin software the variety law for the underground tunnel rock are obtained and the law for the airflow flowing across the tunnel is forecasted.The instability process of heat and humidity exchange for the tunnel wall and the airflow is analysed; The calculate model is set up for that process and the heat transfer formulation is deduced.And in the end using these formulations:the tradition formulaion in the handbook and the deduced formulaion for heat and humidition transfer,to calculate separately the process.On the foundation of the above,the field test and the theory calculation,the physical and maths model which can be used for numerical simulation is set up and simulated using the FLUENT software.Based on this, how the length and the size of the tunnel section ,the air flow speed ,the wall temperature all these factors affect the process,and how it affects the temperature of the tunnel outlet .Then after that,compaing with the results of numerical simulation and field test ,the analyse outcome validates the method rationally and accurately and supplies the vital references for the actual engineering designing and function of the power station.
