Three Axis Motorized Turnable For Angle Measurement System

In this paper, introduce the development and overview of angle measurement at home and abroad. And basing on the three-axis motorized turnable, we build a measurement system for measuring the view angle of laser-guide device. Detailly discuss the precision of three-axis motorized turnable, focus on the design of its mechanical structure and give a simple instruction of the electronic control device including the electronic control box and stepper motor. Finally, with the relevant testing equipment, such as collimator, 23-face prism, level, micrometer, we detect parameters of the instrument such as rotating error, verticality of each two axis, orthogonal degree of each two axis. It is proved that the apparatus has fully met the requirements to use after we compare the testing data of the instrument to the indicators of the plan.
