Abstract/Summary:
Multidisciplinary Design Optimization (MDO) technology is a discipline which has been rapidly developed in abroad since 1990s, for which could effectively solve large-scale and complex problems concerning design and optimization of engineering system, which would have a wide application potential especially in the field of aerospace engin- eering. In our country, MDO technology is still in its early stages, particularly in the pump impeller blade's design and optimization. The traditional design method is firstly to carry out the design of hydraulic performance, then consider the design of the structure of subjects, but the results using above model is only a partial optimal solution rather than the global optimum. The thesis takes it as an opportunity to explore the theory and method of multidisciplinary design optimization.The thesis takes multidisciplinary design optimization technology and application of the pump impeller blade's design and optimization as its core, the following research has been carried out:1,The thesis studies existing six MDO methods and clearly describes the mathematical model and algorithms structure of each method, and given the structure of the framework map, the thesis also analyzes the scope of application as well as advantage and disadvantage of each method. Key study focuses on the Collaborative Optimization,optimize strategy of multidisciplinary design optimization technology adopts comprehensive studies, and giving out selection methods. The thesis makes use of the ISIGHT software to optimize the CO, which confirms efficient a??easibility of multidisciplinary design optimization method.2,The thesis carries out contributing analysis on hydraulic performance and structural subjects, two disciplines involved in multidisciplinary design optimization of Pump blades, and establish a mathematical model of two disciplines.3,The thesis adopts collaborative optimization analysis on hydraulic performance and structure of pump impeller blade, and successfully realizes the target of best efficiency of the pump impeller blade, meanwhile has the lightest weight of leave.
