In this paper, the force and the energy efficiency of the screw press driven by variable frequency, that is, the relationship between the output and the input energy and the hitting force under the numerical control was investigated.Under the condition of changing the output energy and the processing technology, the variation of the input energy was detected; the numerical control efficiency model was established by hitting different material samples. First, the relationship between the hitting force and the stiffnes and the frequency of the electromotor was put forward through anylyzing the relationships between the force and energy and the frequency and the stiffness. Second, the stiffness value was given through analyzing the screw press using the finite element emulation software, and the graphics of the force and energy between elastic deformation work and the hitting force was established. Third, its moment of inertia was calculated through using UG to sut up the model of the transmission of the screw press. And also the numerical control efficiency equanlity for different energy was given. Fially, the hitting energy and the hitting force were detected by hitting different material samples in different presetting energy. The relationship between the hitting energy and the hitting force under different energy was been analyzed and given, and also the graphics was educed. It would be easy to make sure the hitting energy according to different hitting force, which would save energy and reduce over-big hitting force.The result shows that, when the screw press driven by variable frequency works under the working frequency, the hitting energy and the hitting force can be numerical controlled through numerical controlling the frequency and detecting the reback speed. The non-steady efficiency model and the calculational method under the numerical control have been solved in this paper.
