Based on the most major characteristic of dynamic sculpture above design requirements and the design feature,this article has research thoroughly to its machine driven system.the large-scale dynamic sculpture machinery drive has been excogitated.The design project and the design requirements of the lifting system have analyzed.The existing elevating mechanism type has been analyzed and the rack and pinion has been determined.Final back to back rack and pinion system has been innovatively designed.Rotary system's operating feature has been analyzed;rotation pinion has been adopted the symmetrical arrangement to the structural style,thus the Rotary device run smoothly.The design project and the design requirements of the opening and closing system have analyzed.the organization type and the synthesis method have been proposed.The hydraulic pressure device of straight pulls has been designed.base on structure of the opening and closing system,static analysis is done and a multi objective optimization mathematics model is also built.Structure parameters of relative components are confirmed by using MATLAB and its optimization toolbox.The structural design of the mechanical sculptures has been designed by UG.Rack and pinion have been checked the strength of finite element by ANSYS.The results showed that the size parameters and the selected construction meet the strength of the design requirements at the normal working conditions.It set up optimization calculation model of a minimum amount about steel as the objective function.A viable optimization sequence that a group close to the actual design has been select from the optimize outcome.According to eventually optimize the design of selected sequence that it again set up a mathematical model was verified the beam model was to meet the design requirements by analysis and calculation.the steel quantity of lifting device has reduced by 20.28%compared with the original.The parts modeling of drive device and the whole machine were founded and assembled, and then kinematics simulating were carried out and the curves of displacement,velocity and acceleration were output.The simulation result indicated that this plan is feasible.This research results have actuated a practical and feasible design method for the study of the drive device about large-scale dynamic sculpture.They have solved a question due to the manufacture of the physical prototype is very difficult that make unable to confirm whether the program is feasible or not and has provided an important reference to the research and the development about large-scale,non-standard and heavy load equipment.
