Study On Main Steam Temperature Character And Control Strategy In 600MW Super-critical Unit

The main steam temperature control system is divided into two sections to design based on the character of main steam temperature in 600MW units, first, adopt caloricity signal to adjust the ratio of fuel and water to keep the intermediate point temperature stabilization, second, Series Control of spray water to accurate the steam temperature. Study characters and control methods of the main steam control system through the simulation system. However, in view of non-linear and large delay, control methods existing is not satisfactory. So multiple model control is introduced in this article. The simulation based on the main steam temperature model in 600MW unit shows that this system is effictive.
