In this paper, the theme is come from the project of speed regulating system of 2240kW circular pump in heat supply network of Qinhuangdao thermal power plant. Comparing with the frequency control speed of motor and the modern cascade speed regulator of motor, make a design of the 2240kW circular pump of heat supply network, and elect the cascade speed regulator of inner-motor to control the 2240kW circular pump of heat supply network.The way of how to design the inner-feed cascade motor is introduced, and the performance of the cascade speed regulator system of 2240kW circular pump is test. The results show that the speed regulator system has good energy-saving, and the each performance of inner-feedback motor all accord with the anticipation.
