Ubstation are the trend of electric system development. Automation reconstruction of normal substation, improving its automatization to require technical demand of unattended substation, is a focused problem now. Firstly, the technical conditions of achieving unattended substation are presented in this dissertation, and design principles of reconstruction of unattended substation in XingTai electric network is given, according to the situation of equipments of XingTai electric network. Secondly, the design plans of integrated automation system and protective relaying equipments for NanGong substation are proposed, taking reconstruction situation of NanGong Unattended Substation into account. Finally, to achieve safety of implementation and reliability of electric network's power supply, the locale implementation of reconstruction of NanGong Unattended Substation is constructed, and its validation is accomplished from the aspect of electric network's failure and setting computation of protective relaying.
