It introduced the feature of Chaozhou Power Plant in this paper, summarized and analyzed the substance and mechanism of Fault Diagnosis of turbo generator. The paper introduced the method of dynamic balance which can solve vibration faults. It elaborated the influence of maintenance process, and analyzed the relationship between vibration and centre, level and other indicators. It also analyzed the relationship between vibration and oil temperature, vacuum, seal temperature, vacuum unit, cylinder temperature as well as the impact of burden on the vibration. Operating parameters which influence vibration is studied in this paper. The paper focused on the analysis of abnormal after maintenance. Contemporary cutting-edge technology has been applied to flexible rotor dynamic balance of Chaozhou 600MW power plant unit. Axis vibration qualified to the extent by holographic balancing. Vibration problem has been solved reasonably.
