The main structure and function of control system are analyzed firstly. Some mathematics model are established. A new pitch control system is developed, and its driver is innovated. The combine of pitch system and doubly-fed technology improves efficiency and quality of the wind power generation.The prototype must be made full power test according to"Guideline for the Certification of Wind Turbines"by Germanisher Lioyd. The optimized concept is presented according to demand of test proceed, including comparing test concepts and improving security system. Some typical fault and problems are summarized during full power test process. Many effective solutions are presented and adopted. Eventually the test purpose is realized. The fruits establish good foundation for the wind farm commissioning work.
