In this paper, making use of the superiority of the second law of thermodynamics analysis really revealing the part of energy loss in thermal power plant, relying on matrix, established the general matrix equation for exergy loss based on entropy analysis, and on the basis of this equation, discussing the thermal economic analysis under the typical disturbance, using the partial differential theory structure the general calculation model for those disturbance. the general matrix equation for exergy loss has both interior exergy loss and external exergy loss, and through entropy generation matrix equation ruled out the obstruct of environmental factors, and the general calculation model for typical disturbance simplified the process of thermal economic analysis, reflected the relationship of the local parameters changes and exergy loss changes in the thermal system. These improvements further improved the thermal system's second law of thermodynamic analysis, and made a useful theory to explore in the field of the engineering application of this method.
