The port noise is the main noise of the axial piston pump.There are four factors influence the port:the pressure concussion,the cavitation,the pressure grads peak value of the pre-compression (pre-decompression) process and the flux pulsation.The main problems in the existing flow system of high pressure axial piston pump are the large energy lossses,the high noise,the low efficiency and the high power consumption in the flow passages;the structure of flow passages are often designed according to the experience,but not to the Finite Element Method.In the paper the Pro/ENGINEER is adopted to establish the 3-D geometry damp groove model of the plane port fluid flow in the high.pressure axial piston pump and the CFD emulational technique is used to do numerical value simulation of the distribution of pressure during the pre-compression(pre-decompression) process and offer the result in the manner of visible figure. Based on this,it analyses the distributing relation that damp groove model of the different characteristic parameter based on the same rotation speed and rated pressure.The results provide a new approach for optimizing the port plate and establish the foundation for designing the high effieiency,low energy consumption and low noise axial piston pump.
