The assembly quality of final driving gear assembly is one of the most important factors in ensuring the performance of automobile.Controlling the bear pre-tightening force of final driving gear assembly is an important issue in the assembly process of the reducer.Nowadays,the controlling of the pre-tightening force is carried out through adjusting the thickness of the cushions.Because it is impossible to completely simulate the installation state by a measurement model,lots of factors such as measurement-principle,measurement structure,measurement parameters and the precision of the parts affect the measurement results,So the precision and stability of the measurement is not good enough for the manufacturer to improve the production efficiency.Based on the analysis of the effects of measurement principles,measurement structure,measurement parameters and the precision of the parts,this paper puts forward a method to improve the measurement by optimizing the simulative pressure. The simulative pressure optimizing test is carried based on theoretical analysis and calculation,and the optimized pressure value is obtained finally.An economic,easy and fast method to improve the pass rate of the cushions selection is set up.This paper provides a feasible method to improve the precision and stability of the measurement,and which is significant for manufacturers to improve product quality and production efficiency.
