| Maglev is a new type of high speed uncontact ground transportation vehicle which is no pollution,Low noise,low energy consumption,low maintenance and has high security.China is a populous large country.With the continuously economic growing after reform and opening policy actualized,more and more people dwell in cities.Now,it has strategic content that to develop Maglev technology in China.As a new type of electro-magnetic levitation device,permanent magnet wheel realizes suspension by the relative motion between in-vehicle self high-speed magnet field and ground- fixed coil or conductive plates.Therefore,suspension is achieved when vehicle is stand still.It is not necessary for the magnetic levitation to possess a complex closed-loop control.It could become an important new direction of development of maglev technology.Based on analyzing the physical principle of the eddy currents produced and summarizing precursors" works.After discursion and analysis with Maxell equations, the electromagnetic part of a Permanent Magnet wheel vortex analytical equations are established and the solutions are given.Comparison of numerical solution and analytical solution reveal that the two methods are coincide with each other and the analytical model is effective and efficient.The FEM(Finite Element Method) model is set up with the company Maxwell 3D of the ANSOFT.The following steps are included in analyzing and calculating magnet fields by Maxwell 3D software:Define model,Setup materials,Set boundaries and sources,Setup solution,solve and post solution.The design and application of permanent magnet wheel in magnetic levitation train are suggested.In order to test the real permanent magnet wheel,a permanent magnet wheel experiment system is constructed which consists of permanent magnet wheel mechanical structure and measuring device. |
