When new metro lines cross existing metro structure and tunnel, construction stage and using stage may have unfavorable influence on existing metro, and cause some degree deformation of metro structure.Train speed limit often be taken in affected section to ensure safety of metro operation,so service quality of metro are greatly influenced.Along with the increasing metro lines opened to traffic,network operation pattern and many network nodes have be formed.Once one line is greatly influenced,transfer nodes which are jointed with it will be effected,and consequently impact the transportation of the whole network.And the more lines which are putted into operation,the more outstanding this problem.Therefore how to predict the permissible deformation value of existing lines and evaluate the safety character of the existing lines under the construction disturbance of the crossing engineering,giving out the relevant control index,and classify it by safety to take some corresponding measures,reducing the influence of metro construction and operation to the acceptable range of metro.It is increasing urgent and important.On the basis of the present research data and engineering examples,according to the characteristics of structure,facilities and operation organization of Beijing metro, starting with present situation investigation and deformation mechanism research,this paper concretely develops the following several aspects:1.Definitely require and unify the purpose,method,content and means of risk assessment,analyzing the influencing factors of related risk grade,put forward some principles and standard of risk grade division and related management suggestions;2.Standardize the result of evaluation report,refer to cases of crossing project of Beijing metro,put forward some suggestions on metro structure,control index of track structure.;3.Accoding to analysis by modeling of project examples,verify the standard and integrality of risk evaluation report; Through comprehensively analyzing and summarizing risk evaluation,judgment and management of risk grade,control index and related control measures etc,and emphasize applicability and necessity of speed limit measures and related operation affect analysis,consequently furthest depress influence of traffic organization of metro rail transit to ensure passenger transport organization safe,normal and ordered.This paper provide theoretical basis for Beijing metro operation management department by the premise of guaranteeing metro safe operation.
