Study On Value Strategy Of Performing Building

With the development of society and economy, performing buildings of our country have come into a new development stage and the upsurge of luxurious theatres' construction is just unfolding. In order to ensure that performing buildings which are usually very costly can achieve wonderful economic and social values, improve the efficiency of cultural investment and alleviate the burden of financial management, We must study on design strategies which can improve the performing buildings' values.Through extensive literature survey , site investigation, theoretical Summary and discipline intercrossing, the values of performing buildings, the relationship between design and value realization, and the concrete design strategies are discussed in this thesis. The author provides some operable supervising methods for performing building design in order to improve the realization of value and can be useful reference to the future design.The thesis is composed of seven independent yet inter-related parts.Chapter one and chapter two are the problem-posing parts. According to the new standard of architectural value, the present problems and the characteristics of performing arts, we discuss the necessity of research on value strategies. Chapter three and chapter four are the problem-analyzing parts. Based on some related theories and cases, this thesis analyzes on the composition of performing building value, the types of influencing factors and then discuss the correspondence between factors and design process. Chapter five and chapter six are the problem-solving parts. First of all, some concrete value strategies are suggested according to different design stage and enfluencing factors. Then the author choose the Wuhan Qintai theatre as research subject and use those strategies given above to evaluate it. Some revision schemes are given at last.The aim is to card the core view of this thesis and pick up the parts which should be paid more attention by performing buildings of our country.Chapter Seven is conclusion which summarizes the research results and meanings.Aims at realizing the values,this thesis takes the leader in giving preliminary conception on how to design performing buildings. The author wishes it could be a foundation for further research and can be used for reference when we popularize value strategies to other building types.
