Building energy conservation has become a worldwide trend.energy-saving construction will adhere to the scientific development concept, focus on planning objectives, and constantly innovative ideas for work. Comprehensive utilizate resources, improve the standards system, enhance research and management.strive to improve the quality of construction features to improve ours living environment, and promote the building healthy development .Make a positive contribution for the harmonious society.The first national energy-saving design standards for public building - "Public Building Energy Conservation Design Standards" has officially token effect in July 1, 2005. This is a major move in the construction field of our country for vigorously develop energy-saving residential and public buildings and implement more stringent energy conservation standards. In public buildings, beside the energy consumption of electricity, elevators, lighting, such as the pressurized water pumps, the energy consumption of elevator is accounted for a considerable proportion.As staff complicated and traffic huge, we often configurate a lot of elevators in the modern intelligent building, to enhance the service quality and efficiency, to make a status of harmonious and orderly. Elevator Group Control technology is an effective means to achieve this goal. Elevator Group Control System that must be a resolvelation for a complex non-linear and multi-objective random system.Useing Elevator Group Control Method to design energy-saving elevator system and implemente is relatively rare at present. In domestic, studies in this area are basically at the initial stage.In this paper, the contents of every chapter are as follows:Chapter 1: Introduction to this paper's content, background, significance, and Target.Chapter 2: Analysis single elevator mechanical energy consumption and energy saving based on mechanical. Study the impact of elevator balance coefficient for scheduling. Chapter 3: Introducte scheduling method of Elevator Group Control, Requestion and Distribution method, and then with the general principles of Elevator Group Control System to perfect the system, and eliminate of some of this uncertainty impact.Chapter 4: Description the Elevator Group Control with mathematical, that is, a summary of the previous analysis, and simulation of system design is also behind the foundation.Chapter 5: First introducte the Object-Oriented Programming ideas, and then outline the general system design, detailed design, given the overall framework of the system.Chapter 6: Analysis of simulation results.Chapter 7: Summed up the contents and prospect it.
