| With the economic development of our country and the continuous improvement of overall national strength,infrastructure investment is increasing.As a result,the large-scale and super-heavy constructions are increasing day and day,so that the mass concrete works which is characterized by length,width,thickness sizes,pouring area and pouting volume are larger,the requirement of the overall performance function is high,and not allowed to stay in construction joint in the ordinary course.Therefore,the requirements of concrete construction technical are high.In particular,the cement hydration heat in construction of concrete after pouting is larger and gathered in components in-house,the difference of temperature of inside and outside is greatly,it can achieved 50~55℃,or higher,it's easily lead to shrinkage cracks in the concrete surface.Therefore,in all aspects of construction are need to do a good job.In this paper, as an example of concrete construction of the blast furnace concrete foundation construction in Ping shan Steel company and shenhua apartment building,Studied the quality control techniques of the mass concrete construction.This article introduced the theory of computation and analysis method for mass concrete stress.The result of computation and field testing is coincidence.This paper researched causes of the mass concrete cracks and gave effective measures for controlling construction cracks in mass concrete;compared and analyzed the cracking mechanism of the mass concrete due to the contraction of concrete and changes in temperature;put forward practical calculation method of concrete cracks.According to the practical experience of this project,we can include that mass concrete structure designing must be reasonable.We must use the general method of calculating internal forces and finite element analysis as same when we calculating.A suitable construction technology must be choose and a reasonable construction plan must be draw up before construction,crack control for quality of mass concrete is the key of construction.Through the survey for the practice of engineering,we found that the number of mass concrete cracks and its damage during on construction is far greater than the structure usage period.Therefore,how to control and prevent the mass concrete cracks is the focus of the study in this paper.The crack and construction quality control of the project meet the requirements of national norms,the result of computation and field testing is coincidence.The level of construction quality takes the lead of domestic level evaluated by quality supervision departments.As China's modernization drive forward,mass concrete structure will be used in large-scale construction projects more and more.The conclusion of this paper can give reference for mass concrete structure design and construction. |
