The Research On The External Space Environment Design Of Modern Administration Center

China's urban landscape has changed dramatically during the last 30 years because of the reform and opening up.With the continuous expansion of city scale and urban space,administrative center construction has entered an unprecedented upsurge.As an important building type of city,the composition and performance of the external space environment of Administration Center,will greatly affect the overall development of urban space.Spaces in the city dominated by play a decisive role.Therefore,the external space environment of Administration Center has become an important space form in city,more and more attention.Based on the analysis of evolution of Administration Center historical development in China and the West,the thesis pointed out that the development of outer space of modem urban Administration Center is moving from closed to open,from authoritarianism to democracy,from management to service.However,there is still lots of questions exist in the process of actual construction,such as too much emphasis on building their own design,the municipal plaza is too large scale to have a sense of place, lack of deeper understanding and application of humanities-scale,lack of a comprehensive grasp of the urban space.Thesis start on the define in theory of the administrative center outer space,the constituent elements and the way to create space, pointed out that space are generated from people's participation and experience.So, desigen of external space environment of Administration Center,the use of human,the behavior,acts and psychological of people are all the first thing need to be considered; then the overall performance of administrative center in the whole city space,the constraints and influences from the environment surrounding the base,which including the human environment and geographical conditions,are needed to be congsidered carefully too.The landmark building which far away from the city space and city context is not being welcom,we cannot just simply concern about the monomer construction to neglect the expression of continuity and integrity when a administration center just in the city space.The outer space of modem administrative center should have a wide range of public nature and openness,should reflect the urban residents' behavior and daily life,so that more urban residents participate in the activities in urban public space.And be able to reflect the true continuity and growth of urban space create to meet the requirements of the use of spatial form.Study the problems that exist in nowadays in the outer space of modern administrative center of China,come to us at this stage of China,the principles and methods that should be guided by.Pointed out that good administration is a central external space that people want to stay,willing to participate in the space form.It's just an activity places for people.In addition,in the hope of to be useful complement in the design of the external space environment of administration center,proposed the Background theory.As an example to Xi'an Metro Weiyang,we carried out on sub-items on constitutes of the external space of the project,combination of external space theory.Then,by depth analysis of the design characteristics,find out the ways to learn design.
