With the development of regional economic integration,urbanization,urban groups, and large-scale,modernization of cities,it is put forward essential requirements of the three-dimensional development for rail transportation about urban and urban groups,and the new technology,new materials for the construction of rail transit will be widely used.U-grider is an up-to-date foreign technology,used for the first time in M8 rail transit line elevated bridge structure in Shanghai,it is with strong resistance,shock absorption, sound insulation,traffic safety,building materials and installation time saving,novel structure,beautiful effect of shape,but it's thin-walled concrete structure,the thickness of the concrete floor thinnest department only 23cm,and for the opening section,low torsional rigidity.Therefore,U-grider control and transport to install have high precision demands,construction is very difficult.Analyze the structure and performance characteristics for U-grider,to research the technical aspects about protection of transport,hoisting and installation in place to adjust,the comprehensive and detailed discussion,quipment selection and calculated for transport equipment and installation of the major components putted,the correct conclusions gained,and the design and implementation process of key technologies for U-grider in transportation and installation systematically expounded.1.Key technology for transportation and equipment design.A rail U-grider turn andload-bearing beam transport support equipment is designed optimally,the load-bearing device designed to meet the full requirements through structural analysis calculations and the use of three-dimensional modeling software,calculate in the finite and loaded element model in ansys.2.Key technology for lifting way selection and the lifting device.A U-shaped grider overhead track lifting devices(large and small balance grider),through a detailed analysis for important part of U-grider,computing and checking to ensure that the balance beam to meet the requirements of intention and stability.3.Key technology for design of the installation and adjustment tool.A U-shaped elevated track temporary support and three-dimensional flat hydraulic jack device is designed optimally.Through force analysis,computing and checking for an important part about emporary support,to ensure that they meet the requirements of construction...
