Study On The Synthesis And Property Of Moicrowave-H₂O₂ Coupled Activation Straw Pulping Alkali Lignin Water-reducer

According to the molecule design theory and the relationships between the structure and property of water-reducer,using the microwave-H₂O₂ coupled activition new technology,two specieses water-reducer with seven kinds have been synthesized by the alkali lignin of wheat or straw.The first species is the lignin sulfonic series water-reducer with 3 kinds.The second species is a novel water-reducer with 4 kinds.In this paper the sythesis technics have been researched;the the relationships between the structure and property of water-reducer also have been studied;the mechanisms of the poducts have been investigated.And there are two kinds of the products which have better reducing efficiency and have possibility of industry.They are the productâ… -1andâ…¡-2.Then their sythetial technics have been optimized.Fisrt during the synthesis process of the productâ… -1,by the FTIR,we can learn that the microwave-H₂O₂ coupled activition new technology do make the molecule of the alkali lignin change.Second from the sulfonating degree,it can be seen that productâ… is better than the product which is not been microwave activated.At the same time,fluidifying effect has been envidently improved about 8.63%,the reducing efficiency has 8.24%added.By the reducing efficiency of productâ…¡-2 andâ…¡-1,orâ…¡-3 andâ…¡-4,theâ…¡-2,â…¡-4 which are activated by microwave are better than theâ…¡-1,â…¡-3.Among them theâ…¡-2 has the highest fluidifying effect is 264mm.The pure naphthalene series water-reducer just has 245mm fluidifying effect.The reducing efficiency has increased about 6%.All of the above tell us that the effect which comes from microwave activated alkali lignin.Productâ…¡-2 is an novel water-reducer which has not only high reducing efficiency,but also has low material cost.It does something helpful to the environment,and is helpful to the industrialization as well.The cost reduces about 20%.Productsâ…¡-3 andâ…¡-4 are physical compound.They have definite reducing efficiency,and have low content of rudimental formaldehyde.They have excellencies with themselves.The paper offers the academic gist to the synthesis of water-reducer which synthesis supervised by the relationships between the structure and property.The products of which have possibility of industry have economical value and social benefits.The microwave-H₂O₂ coupled activition technique has been used to pretreatment of the alkali lignin,which has definite theoretics and practical meanings.This paper break a new path to the integrate using and scientific development of the alkali lignin.
