This article mainly research the gasoline engine mixes burning CO2 to the NOx emission influence, analyzed the air admission to mix burning CO2 to reduce the NOx emission the mechanism, and based on this, the NOx emission model which provided to the Fluent software has carried on the compatible revision, selected the solution model each main parameter, suited this article to study the operating mode the NOx emission model. And aims at the air cylinder working substance fluid region establishment three-dimensional model, and moves the grid technology using the Fluent non-structurized grid, in the rapids combustion process NOx production chemical kinetics foundation, as calculates the platform take the Fluent various models mutual coupling, the NOx emission model which after will mix burning CO2, establishes through UDF to link in the Fluent software, used the finite volume method mixed after the gasoline engine air admission burning CO2 to discharge product NOx the production process to carry on the numerical simulation. At the same time, simplex four stroke gasoline engine has carried on the corresponding series experiment in Honda HODNA on the G200. In this article studies in the operating mode scope, through the theory, the simulation and the experimental quite comprehensive research air admission mixed burning different current capacity CO2 to the NOx emission influence and the rule, provided the reference with the EGR deep research.This article used the Fluent software mixed after the gasoline engine air admission burning CO2 the NOx production process to carry on the numerical simulation. After the numerical simulation and the experimental comparative analysis, both results are quite consistent in the tendency, analyzed the tentative data and the model result difference through mathematical statistic's method, explained that after mixing burning CO2 the NOx emission model to be possible to reflect mixes burning under the CO2 condition the NOx production process. Through the simulation and the experimental proof, the air admission joins right amount CO2 to be able to reduce in air cylinder's maximum temperature and the whole combustion temperature, obviously reduces the NOx emission strength, but mixes along with the air admission burning the CO2 current capacity increase, the NOx emission strength reduces the tendency changes slow, in compares the high speed (1 600r/min~2 000r/min) under the condition, the air admission mixes burning right amount CO2 to reduce arranges the NOx ideal effect.
