On the basis of the wind tunnel experimental study on CWET(Concentrated Wind Energy Turbine),this research focus on the study of stalled regulation rotor,apply aerodynamics theory and contrast method,designed for 1.7 m diameter of 100W wind-driven generator three different rotor blades of leaf thickness of the design parameters (blade thickness of A < B < C),three blades were installed in two different angles,the wheel down by six kinds of rotor,vehicle-mounted method for power output characteristics comparative experiments,leaf thickness variation and research of wheel installed Angle of output power characteristics.Experimental results show that:A,B and C leaf blade rotor blades in installation Angle of hub for 10°respectively when starting velocity 5.5 m/s 6.9,m/s and 3.2 m/s,A leaf,B and C rotor blades in installation Angle blade for the hub of 3.05°respectively 3.0 winds start m/s,1.6 m/s and 2.5 m/s.In the rotor in the same installation Angle of installation of rotor blade wheel,C in the output power of period of high speed rotor blades than B,and A blade rotor speed difference in low segment.At the same time,A leaf blade in different rotor,wheel hub installation Angle of circumstances,installation Angle for 3.05°Angle is superior to install the power output 10°.But in high speed rotor blades C,installation Angle for 3.05°Angle is installed for 10°in the lower output power,wind and installation Angle for 10°Angle is installed for the power output 3.05°.From the perspective of the cost reduction in blade root, we can consider to central and B airfoil and A thickness of airfoil for power output, in A great influence on the blade tip to central and increasing the thickness of airfoil. Changes in the plasma from wind generators operation, low speed in the use of small installation Angle for, when the winds increased to a certain value, the use of large installation Angle, increase the output power units. Because of large installation Angle, rotor performance is not obvious, when stall over certain scope, wind will attack Angle blade, namely, make little installation Angle, can enter stall rotor blades, the wind generator protection function of generator.
