With the abudent construction of expressway, more and more high filled and deep cut subgrade appearing constantly. So the stability of the subgrade slope is more and more important. The stability of the subgrade slope is determined by its internal and external factors. The inter factors are inherent and the external factors mainly include rainfall, earthquake and so on. In the many external factors, rainfall is the most important factor to bring about the slope failure.Aiming at the influence of water ratio to unsaturated soil to research, it mainly includes two parts. The one part is the interior experiments which reaearch the influence of water ratio to the shearing strength of unsaturated soil. The other part is to use computer to imitate, by means of imitating to research the influence of different rainfall strength and rainfall duration to slope stability of unsaturated soil. The main ratio is as follows:1 Illustrated theory of the unsaturated soil.2 Researched the influence of water ratio to the shearing strength and deformation of unsaturated soil by the interior experiments.3 Designed or choosed rainfall type by investigating and researching documents which have existed and according to documents analyzing rainfall infiltration to cause slide slope events.4 Based on the fundamental seepage equation, introuduced the differential equation of 2D saturated-unsaturated seepage, in which the pressure head is the fundamental unkown quantity. A calculated model for analysis seepage with rainfall infiltration boundary condition has set.5 Based on the actual rainfall condition in Hohhot of Inne-Mongolia, considering the different rainfall strength and duration, the stability of soil slopes are calculated by using the slope calculation software. The stability of slope is evaluated by reinforced slope in the situation of rainfall.
