There is stress and deflection monitoring at arch bridge monitoring. Stress monitoring guarantee the safety of bridge construction and deflection monitoring is to control the line of the arch bridge in operational phase. Therefore, deflection monitoring has important significance of the monitoring. Deflection monitoring data pre-treatment will affect the normal assessment. Because of their smaller deflection near the edge in the measurement error, in order to distinguish between the deflection and error, extract the deflection characteristics, we must try to eliminate the large errors (overrun error), improve the measurement accuracy, thus reducing the impact of the observation error on the deflection analysis as much as possible. At the monitoring deflection, Deflection monitoring data can not show the overall deflection of the main arch ring by monitoring conditions. If just analyzing monitoring data, it is possible to draw wrong conclusions. Therefore, we need to preprocess the deflection deformation monitoring data.This study is mainly focusing on the five aspects as following:(1)For the monitoring data overrun error, this study introduced the theories and methods of statistical analysis for data-processing, The overall test method judges the observation vector whether or not accompanied by overrun error. The local test method determines which specific observation data accompanied with overrun error.(2)From a theoretical point of view, linear regression analysis is applied to two variables with linear correlation, and there are great limitations when Discrete Fourier Transform analyzes the local characteristics of signal.(3)Application of "3σcriteria" and wavelet analysis to pre-processing deflection monitoring data using MATLAB software has played a very good effect.(4)Using of theoretical analysis with a combination of polynomial curve fitting method to judge 6th polynomial fitting curve coincides with steel gantry overall deflection development trend when the main arch ring is in the three main construction phases.(5)According to the tables and graphics of Zengjiagou stone arch deflection monitoring data, analyzing the deflection deformation trend law and range, and finding statistics law and its causes. When analyzing the affect of date temperature change, in the same circumstances, the vault at noon (in high temperature) was higher then in the morning; therefore, deflection monitoring should be measured in the low-temperature morning.
