Axial piston pump is an important component for driving force in hydraulic system. Because of its high accuracy,good sealing performance,high volumetric efficiency under high pressure and can easy variables,it is widely used in hydraulic areas of industrial and running.Axial piston pump is the most widely used one of the hydraulic components in hydraulic system.Past experiences have shown that the static characteristics of the hydraulic system is perfect,but many of the problems arise after running,such as vibration,noise,etc. This was mainly due to the bad dynamic characteristics of the system.In hydraulic engineering,the studies on the static characteristics of the axial piston pump have been very good.But trapped in the limit of detection,the studies on the dynamic characteristics of the axial piston pump are the lack of measured data.The current study is the refinement of existing models and dynamic simulation and analysis.But so far there is not a precise mathematical model to guide practice.As the high-frequency sensor has been manufactured by my research team,the testing of the dynamic characteristics of the axial piston pump is possible and also need to be solved.In this paper,the mathematical model of CY14-1B axial piston pump is built.It analyzes the movement of the pump and the steady-state operation of the electrical motor.Considering the compressibility of hydraulic oil and so on,the mathematical model is refined.This paper probes the piezoresistive effect and the frequency response characteristics of MEMS core.The static calibration of MEMS core and senor packaged has been finished.Through dynamic performance testing,results showed that the new type MEMS sensor with a low disturbance and high frequency response and so on.It brings a new dynamic testing method for hydraulic system. In this paper,the configuration for the dynamic testing system of axial piston pump has been designed by software DASYLab.The dynamic characteristics of the axial piston pump tested,we found the actual flow pulse rate is far greater than its theoretical value,has reached 30%,and load the same the higher speed,the smaller the flow pulsation in a certain range of speed,and the same rotational speed,the greater load,the greater the flow pulse.Comparing a single pump with double pumps parallel operation, when rotational speed,load and flow are the same,flow pulse of double pumps operating in parallel is much smaller than a single pump.
