As a branch of mechanical Tribology is to study the interaction of relative motion for the surface and its associated practice,including friction,wear and lubrication for the main content.Friction and wear test is considered the main research methods and tools to examine the tribology,and the friction and wear testing machine is the most important tribological research instrument.Tribology in recent years has been rapid developed,especially in mechanical engineering and related fields,the tribology research field is shifted from Macro to micro,tribological tests towards the micro-fields and the development of dynamic testing,therefore the result of tribology test data accuracy and real-time put forward higher requirements.In order to be able to carry out further Tribological Materials Research,Application of study friction vibration signal acquisition system based on single chip technology,sensors and mechatronics technologies such as the development.The application of signal acquisition system in the traditional friction and wear testing machine can test the friction and wear tests in a timely manner the status of data acquisition and processing,in addition a simple and effective PC interface has been developed by VB.In the friction and wear tests,the vibration signals real-time acquisition,online analysis,record keeping and deal with features such as offline at a certain speed,and condition similar vibration load conditions have been achieved to test the tribological properties of materials to make real-time,quantitative analysis.The topics development of friction vibration signal acquisition system can not only conduct the traditional friction and wear testing machine experiments but also be able to maximize the implementation of friction and wear condition monitoring,at the same time to overcome the disadvantage of time-varying of the traditional tribology test,so the friction vibration signal acquisition system should be a new tool.
