At present,the key factor restrict the development of electric vehicles is power battery which not ideal.The flywheel battery has many advantages including high energy storage,high power,small vacumm,high storage effieiency,long cycle life, no pollution and so on,it become one of the most ideal and promising battery powers for electric vehicle and hybrid electric vehicle.Flywheel battery is rely on high-speed rotating flywheel to store energy,because the conventional mechanical bearing has more friction resistance,it will shorten the storage time,lower the energy storage efficiency.While the magnetic bearing can bearing in a vacuum environment with state of frictionless,and it become the ideal bearing of flywheel battery.As the flywheel battery rotor is supported on a moving vehicle,its dynamic characteristics not only depend on magnetic suspending rotor itself,but also depend on dynamic characteristics of automobile.The movement of the vehicle results in the prominence dynamic characteristics changes of flywheel battery magnetic suspended rotor.Thereby,studying dynamic characteristics of magnetic suspended rotor under on-vehicle conditions,laid a theoretical foundation for theory research and technicial development on flywheel battery magnetic suspending on-vehicle.In this paper,the magnetic flywheel disk is took as the research object,first of all,the composition of on-vehicle condition is analysied,the time domain model of unevenness road and the vibration system model of vehicle are established.Then the dynamic system modle of magnetic flywheel disk which on-vehicle is established based on the vibration system of vehicle which are established before.At last,by using of ADAMS simulation software,the dynamic system simulation modle of magnetic flywheel disk which on-vehicle is set up,and made simulation analysis in different conditions.Through these simulation analysis,obtained that changes of different conditions contribute to the vibration characteristics of magnetic flywheel disk on-vehicle.
