The accurate measurement of oxygen content in flue gases is significant for the improvement of the economic combustion.The soft-sensing technique and data fusion are used to measure oxygen content in flue gases in this thesis.Firstly,proposed a new soft-sensing model of oxygen content through mechanism analysis.Then constructed the configuration based on the soft-sensing models and applied on 600 MW machines of KEMEN power station.The testing and comparison experiment results show that the output of soft-sensing model fits well with the practical oxygen content.Furthermore, the soft-sensing model based on mechanism analysis only used the existing signals.With respect to the traditional oxymeter,the new method performs more reliable,accurate and convenient.Besides,in future the soft-sensing model can also use in other areas such as control and equipment fault diagnosis.So the proposed method of our paper is valuable in industry applications. |
