In the manufacturing industry of Aerospace,Automobile and Shipbuilding,lots of complicated surface of metal plate need forming processing.It makes the detective methods for the forming of complicated metal curved plate received continuous attention.For the plate forming processing,the most difficult thing is the control of the resilience value after processing.Therefore,it is very pivotal to detect the resilience value in the forming processing.Exact measuring for resilience value is not only significant to the rebound deformation in the control progress of plate forming,but also helpful to collect different data of the resilience walue,so as to study the rule of change in the plate forming progress.In a word,the study of this article is of great value for theory,and also for practice to some extend.The study support of this article is the forming device of activating collateral plate.By studying the measuring method of resilience value,and using programming to construct the software for the detection system of plate forming with the technology of surface modeling,this article realizes the surface fitting of outer plate's hull lines,the data transformation between hull lines to process and the calculation for resilience value.This article is divided into 5 chapters:Chapter 1:this chapter mainly introduces the study background,chooses proper methods and defines the direction and finally the goal;Chapter 2:in this chapter,the mechanism,composition and main function of the detection system is discussed;Chapter 3:this chapter introduces the contents and methods for preprocessing of the detection data;Chapter 4:by the theory of freeform surface forming,the chapter introduces the theory of B-spline surface and the progress of surface fitting,describes the implementation methods of B-spline surface fitting,and shows the progress of B-spline surface with examples; Chapter 5:with the definition methods defined in the theory of surface modeling, this chapter discusses description method of plate resilience value,proposes a detective method for activating collateral plate fornfing device,and shows the detective methods with the information of a real boat platte.
