Rational scheming of voltage levels is an effective means and an important measure to improve the distribution network transmission capacity,reduce loss,improve system stability。Electricity load of distribution network increase,resulting in reduced radius of the power supply,power loss increases,the density of substation increase,series of problems such as.It is very urgent and necessary to optimize Voltage levels of distribution network and put forward appropriate voltage levels in different regions.For distribution network voltage characteristics,consideration of various factors, this paper put forward a lot of technologies and economic indicators,such as the load density,the largest short-circuit current,substation capacity,Voltage deviation,line transmission capacity,power supply radius,the net loss and investment costs.Selection of DEA comprehensive evaluation methods,It assess the distribution network configuration of different voltage levels to the optimal program.The optimization method introduced DEA method is based on the weight of each indicator for the unknown,through the input with the output changes in various indicators to determine the proportion of weight in order to avoid man-made set of subjective weights.so the method can more objectively evaluate the merits and demerits of voltage configuration.
