Intelligent traffic system is induced by the application of advanced integrated information,data communications,networking,automatic control,traffic engineering techniques to improve the operation of the transport and improve transport efficiency and safety and reduce traffic accidents and reduce environmental pollution,so as to a intelligent,safe,convenient,high-speed,,environmentally-friendly comfortable integrated transport system is established.Intelligent transportation system is recognized as inducing a comprehensive and effective fundamental solution to the problems in the field of transportation,especially traffic congestion,traffic congestion,traffic accidents and traffic pollution.This paper describes the development of China's transport and urban traffic problems, from urban transportation in China's actual conditions,combined with the characteristics of Chinese urban transportation and other infrastructure characteristics,a Chinese national conditions suitable for urban traffic system of induction Architecture framework;and in the framework of coordination among the various sub-systems as well as the exchange of information had pattern of planning.Traffic information collection and processing technology is the intelligent traffic guidance system at the core,in this paper,the existing traffic information collection techniques detailed analysis of results for the integration of information technology in the Intelligent Transportation System induced by its algorithm provides a theoretical basis.For traffic information collection process more equipment acquisition system,a traffic information integration model design,combined with data verification of the algorithm,the improved results show that the more accurate method to prove that a program to improve the effectiveness.Finally,pre-trip travel to sub-system have been studied in this paper,multi-objective decision-making methods and k-shortest path algorithm based on a combination of a polynomial algorithm for a simple and practical,to avoid or weighted linear transformation Constraints for the shortcomings of the methods for the trip to provide optimal path to make it easier for the traveler and raise the utilization rate of traffic.
