With the development of high and super-high structure in China and the utilization of the underground space, the dimensions of substructures become larger than ever in width and depth. Usually, the designation of excavation depends on geotechnical laboratory experiments, on-site tests, geological information, design theory of deep, case comparison and even experience. However, the accidents are hardly avoided in deep excavation.The engineering of deep excavation is a dynamic and complex systems engineering in which the soil and the support structure interact. That it is difficult to prevent the distortion of the earth only by theoretic the analysis and estimation from experience, and it is difficult to fulfill the safe and economical design and construction. The paper puts forward that through the analysis of information of monitoring and survey, we can learn the distortion of the earth, and can forecast the direction of this movement. When there is a dangerous sign, alarm signal will be sent beforehand and corresponding measurements will be taken in time, so that the safety of engineering and environment will be assured. When the repertory of security is excessive, amendment will be made to design, and the protecting measurements will be cut down. By analyzing in reverse, we can modify the calculation model, adjust the computing parameter, and lessons learned, that we can improve the design and construction capability of us.The on-the-spot survey of this project includes the test of soil lateral displacement, hydraulic pressure, steel brace axis stress, the earth's surface settlement. The testing on-the-spot, acquiring a lot of testing data, offering guidance to the excavating and constructing under the complex geological conditions, validating the support structures design and by the feedback of the information form the construction perfecting the design and guaranteeing the safety of the substructures and buildings nearby. Through analyzing the results of inspecting and survey, and corresponding numerical value simulation calculating, at the same time , it brings forward base on the local survey results we should pay attention to the problem.
