If we let the used refrigerant release into the environment,it will not only do harm to the environment, but also it will be a waste of resource.So the recycle of refrigerant not only has a high benefit to the environment,but also has a high benefit to the resource. According to the ARI 700-1999 Standard for recycled refrigerant,the author leads the Refrigerant Recycle Project to do much test of the refirgerant (R22,R134a,R407C and R410A) used in the compressor system,and according to the result of the test,make the recycle plan.The test to the recycled refrigerant shows that the recycled refrigerant meets the ARI700 Standard,and the author also do the economic analysis for the research.Following the instruction of the ARI 700 Standard, the author do the test for all the four kinds of refrigerant of its appearance, acidity, chloride, water, non-condensing gas, high boiling residue and purity. The variety of the refrigerant and its usage made the project challenging. In order to solve the problem, lots of work is done and finally the main impurity components are validated. They are water, non-condensing gas (NCG), high boiling residue and purity fail in the test. For pure refrigerant, the main problem is the failing of purity; while for mixed refrigerant, the change of the mixture ratio is also a big problem. In the project, JV 90 SC-4 refrigerant recycle machine which is made in the USA is used to recycle the used refrigerant. The regenerated refrigerant can meet the ARI 700 Standard. The change of the mixture ratio is also solved. The high efficiency and its quality reached highest level all over the world.According to the asset net callback analysis,we can draw the conclusion that we will get a benefit of 2500000 RMB in the first,and in the following four years,the total economic benefit will be more than two million.There is a large environmental benefit at the same time.The utility of the recycled refrigerant indicates that the research can fully make the used refrigerant reused,and it also has very good economic benefit and environment priority.
