The Research Of Underground Space Planning Of Tianjin Xiangluo Bay Business Zone

With the rapid development of economy of our country, the city construction of China has developed to a new stage. The building of central business zones, which have the functions of business affairs, finance, trade and entertainment, is one of the focuses in urban construction today. The exploration and construction of underground space in large business district begins to be of great importance. The design and development of underground space are effective means to solve the traffic and environmental problems in business zones with high buildings. Since the research on the exploration and design of underground space has not been for a long time and there are less real cases in the domestic business field, it is of great significance to the future underground space building of China's central business zone.Tianjin Binhai New Coastal District, as the third China's economic growth in the 21st century, starts a new upsurge in construction, with the building of Yujiapu CBD and its promoter region as the center. It is in this special period that this dissertation is written, in which, the study is conducted on the exploration and construction of the underground space in Tianjin Xiangluo Bay business zone—Yujiapu CBD's promoter region.First, this dissertation analyses and evaluates the present conditions about the underground space in Xiangluo Bay business zone, extracts the related problems, makes a clear judgment about the location of Xiangluo Bay business zone, and proposes the topic of this dissertation—The Research of Underground Space Planning of Tianjin Xiangluo Bay Business District.Second, this dissertation discusses the relative theories and the cases at home and abroad with the stresses on the underground traffic system, commercial arrangement, Comfort, etc. From the positioning of the development of Xiangluo Bay business zone, it analyses and studies the underground space structure, traffic system, etc.. At last, in view of the problems of traffic system, business arrangement, space comfort, etc., some ideas and suggestions for the development of Tianjin Xiangluo Bay business zone are raised. And I hope that this study will shed light on the exploration and planning of other business zones in other provinces from all the aspects and even on the later construction of Yujiapu CBD project.
