Abstract/Summary:
The analysis of mechanism are the foundation of complicated machine study. With the development of computer technology, computer aided design and simulation of mechanism have got more and more extensive research and discussion. General mechanism analysis softwares with input interfance have emerged. Most mechanism analysis software based on Classâ…¡linkage and only aimed at the movement analysis, however, Classâ…¢linkage or higher level linkage movement analysis and general software for dynam analysis have little studied. Besides, most software is not automatic, interactive and universal enough. Against current situation, based on domestic and international research results, the form and relative analysis of Classâ…¡and Classâ…¢linkage have been researched, and develop a software for analysis and simulation of Classâ…¢mechanism using Visual C++ under Windows operating system. This software can do movement and dynam analysis to Classâ…¡and Classâ…¢groups, and the real movements of Classâ…¡linkage can be analysised, impetusesd to the research and innovation of the mechanism.The main content and research results:(1)The composing principle and structure of Classâ…¡and Classâ…¢linkage have been researched, ascertain sixteen feasible modes of Classâ…¢linkage , and indicated the naming rule.(2)Divided Classâ…¡and Classâ…¢linkages into kinds of basic units, and founded the movement models. Besides, the dynam analysis method and processes of Classâ…¡and Classâ…¢linkage have been discussed.(3) The method using basic movement analysis procedures to prepare conmen procedures has been discussed, besides the real machine motion can be solved ,the power and the moment of inertia of flywheel can be determined with this method, and the results is more precise than traditional ones.(4) A general software for the analysis of Classâ…¢mechanism has been developed. The main function , corresponding analysis module and interfaces of the software have been expatiated. During the software designing, some problems and details that should be paid attention to have been discussed, and the solutions have also been given.
