| Fin stabilizer is one of the most effective methods for safe navigation of ships on the sea. Fin stabilizer been widely applied in ship stabilization. In this article, the design method of the fin stabilizer controller's hardware design and software design which based on 80C196KC are described in details. In the aspect of software design, this article used variable parameter PID control which results in a better system performance, for instance, fin stabilizer can be better adapt to the random sea condition, at the same time the effectiveness is more ideal. The design of controller for fin stabilizer mainly includes design of PID controller, design of ship speed regulator and design of wave grade regulator. According to different ship speed and wave grade to regulate the output of fin stabilizer's controller such that fin stabilizer could stably and dependably work. The design of controller for fin stabilizer has the practical application value.The article consists of four sections: The working principle of fin stabilizer of ship; Control methods of fin stabilizer of ship; Application of 80C196KC in fin stabilizer controller system. Finally, it is conclusion and prospect for fin stabilizer controller.Firstly, the article discusses the working principle of fin stabilizer. The transfer function of the system is given. The affect factors of fin stabilizer control system are discussed.Secondly, the Optimization of PID parameter using the Simplex Algorithm, the control methods of fin stabilizer controller is expatiated, and the effect of the control methods on the performance of fin stabilizer control system, the model of system is established and simulation is implemented. This paper adopts the variable parameter PID controller and compared with traditional PID control methods.Thirdly, introduced are the composition,principle and functions of 80C196KC and the application in the fin stabilizer control system. It consist the application of A/D,timer,interrupt etc. The process of the software designing for the control system, each part control system flow chart is given. |
