Since autofrettage technology was developed in 1913, it has been widely applied in the weapon industry for a long time. For many years in the simulation test and in the full-size tube triturating,I has carried on basic research of the hydraulic pressure autofrettage technology.The machinery autofrettage technology, the detonation autofrettage technology and fire barrel tube fatigue life. This not only has laid the good theory foundation and the applied research of the autofrettage technology in our country, but also has created the condition for our country's modern artillery development.According to the present situation and the existence question of domestic and foreign researches, taking the project application as the background, this topic embarks from high-pressure vesseles such as the artillery and the automatic weapon tube. In view of the high temperature high pressure transient state environment when the fire barrel tube launches, studies load stress and the strain rule of the tube under the pressure and the temperature impact, carries on the impact load to make structure and theremaining stress influence analysis of the autofrettage tube. Farthermore, I has studied the rule of the tube's temperature change and the pressure change under continuous emission, I made the autofrettage tube structure and the remaining stress influence analysis, in order to solves the autofrettage tube emanation security question.After multianalysising of gunpowder fuel gas temperature field distribution, this article has carried on the pressure field and the temperature field super imposition solution, as well as has studied relations among the projectile number, the pressure, the thermal load and between the tube endophragm stress variation, and obtain the conclusion that along with projectile increasing, the pipe temperature tend to get a limit value, and the stress change that the pressure to the pipe become smaller, the hot function be more biger. This conclusion has provided the rationale for the weapon tube fire standard formulation, and has provided the certain basis for the autofrettage tube design.
