Agglutinate invalidation is the primary invalidation in gear transmission. Gear lubrication is an important method to prevent it. As the development of gear transmission to high-speed, heavy-load, the demand of gear lubrication is even higher. Bubbly oil lubrication is a new lubrication technology. It is characteristic for high efficiency, widely used, saving energy , less pollution and so on. It has engineering significance and academic value to research bubbly oil lubrication in closed gear transmission as to improve lubrication effect, gear life and reduce the consumption of gear oil. This paper lucubrates bubbly oil lubrication technology in closed gear. It analyses the theory and feature of bubbly oil lubrication system, designs bubbly oil lubrication equipment. It also gives a model of gear surface friction and analyses relations between gear surface wearing and lubrication in theory. The paper analyses similar guidelines of quasi-steady-state of gear lubrication experimental studies, gives the experiment blue print, deduces the simulate similar guidelines and simulate test condition in the M—2000G testing machine. According to the behaviour of simulate test condition, I design samples and study test method of experimental parameters. In gear surface lubrication test, the evaluative indicators are the rising of temperature in friction area, friction coefficient, Ra of specimen before and after tests, contrast the single fluid (lubricant) and the bubbly oil in lubrication effect test. The results of test indicate that the supply of bubbly oil is far less than that of single fluid, and when the rising of temperature is steady, it could lower temperature in friction area by more than 26%. Small vibration, low noise, less time to arrive to heat balance and lower Ra of specimen before and after test all show that the more contact area, the stronger anti-agglutinate ability the specimen has.
