| MultiBeam Sounding System (MBSS) is a high-density integration of modern signal processing, computer application, high precision navigation positioning and other technologies. While working on the sea, the multibeam bathymeter is requested more strictly to the path of the ship and this doubtless request the precision of ship sail path. Based on the multibeam echo sounder survey technologies, this thesis studied the navigation techniques related to multibeam surveying.This navigation system is a complex system which uses GPS, GIS, database and computer techniques. First of all, this thesis describes the background and significance of the problem and introduces the developing status of domestic and abroad technology. Then the key technology and development of the system is discussed. In succession, after analyzing the function character, the system designs the interface and module function of the software. According to the measure request, it can be used to design and edit the parallel or fan-shaped plan measure line in the surveying area, GPS data is collected the synchronously, navigation function realized. And the geodesic ship is leaded into the measure area accurately, storing the measuring path data of surveying vessel in real time. Then the measure data replayed. The background database can changed to Excel data format for convenient operation. And at last, the entire software is debugged to make sure it can be fulfill all the required functions.On the basis of theoretical research, the software of multibeam sounding navigation is developed under the environment of Visual C++, using MapX controlling part and SQL Server as background database. Tested by the GPS data of Yunnan Fuxian Lake, the system can realize the navigation functions during the measurement of the sea floor. |
