The Leaky Coaxial Cable is also called Continue Antenna, it is formed by configuring slots along the outer conductor of Coaxial Cable periodically or unperiodically followed specifically electromagnetic field theory. Every narrow slot along the axis of Coaxial Cable is a electromagnetic wave radiation fountainhead, when the electronic signals are transmissed in the Leaky Coaxial Cable, it can radiate a part of the electromagnetic energy as electromagnetic wave from special slots to outer space around according to design requrement. The Leaky Coaxial Cable not only have the function of realizing line communication, but also have the function of unline communication which have not blindzone. It is the penetrate and blend production of line communication, unline communication, electromagnetic field and electromagnetic wave, electric wave spread theory and so on.This paper did theoretic research on some speciality parameter of Leaky Coaxial Cable, first, introduced the structures, types and several electric speciality parameters of Leaky Coaxial Cable briefly, thereinto mainly introduced coupling loss and transmission loss along with their connection with frequency, cable length and slots angle. In succession, discussed the radiation condition of Leaky Coaxial Cable, three working frequency bands of radiating wave. Then, introduced the basic theory of trasmission line, mainly introduced several speciality parameters of trasmission line, include: speciality impedance, reflectance and Voltage Standing Wave Ratio.At last, mainly analyzed and discussed the resonance points of Leaky Coaxial Cable, put forward the method that adding simulational slots periodically on the surface of Leaky Coaxial Cable, carry through math modeling to Leaky Coaxial Cable, educed the reflectance equations of Leaky Coaxial Cable which without simulational slots and which with simulational slots seperately, then got the relation formula between Voltage Standing Wave Ratio and frequency, by simulational analysis found that adding single slot between every two radiation slots on the Leaky Coaxial Cable can restrain or remove the resonance points, if the distance between neighboring simulational slot and radiation slot is different, the resonance points which are restrained are different. And open multislots can not restrain resonance points, but make cable's original characters worse. When resonance points are restrained, the frequency which can not transmiss informations before can be uesd now, communication quality improved largely.
