Recently, with the rapid development of the university laboratory construction, as well as the new digital technology's utilization, the motor experiment platform research obtained various universities and the factory attention more and more as an engineering class specialized teaching's important content. This article to tested the laboratory bench based on the DSP control's motor machinery to make in the theory analysis, then to the motor guide rail and the torque, the rotational speed test box carried on the detailed design, and completed finally has suited in the test platform use for the motor machinery teaching.First, based on the analysis of existing motor machinery, proposed that uses the performance-to-price ratio good advanced version turbulent flow measurement motor to do is the mode of loading, and analyzes the test principle of the laboratory bench torque and the rotational speed. According to each kind of motor experiment characteristic, proposed that two kind of control mode - - convention load and the T-n survey, choose the TL494 special-purpose chip control the cocurrent excitation source's project design. And according to the laboratory request, demonstrated and the system protection aspect to the rotational speed has given the detailed explanation.Next, in the integrated system design proposal's foundation, master control electric circuit to TMS320LF2407 DSP as well as the cocurrent excitation source part made the detailed principle, and has designed the bench torque and the rotational speed examination electric circuit and based on the TL494 chip control switching circuit, has completed the system hardware electric circuit's design and the manufacture finally. In addition, this article has also done the simple research to the noise source, and proposes the solution.Third, in view of the motor machinery's objective, proposed that take DSP as the platform, the system modulation software design plan, the software has realized the torque and rotational speed examination, the input and output control as well as PWM the control and so on function. And according to mode of loading's difference. separately controlled to the split-ring and the closed loop has made the detailed design, simultaneously proposed based on increase type PI the control algorithm T-n survey system.Finally, completes entire motor machinery test in the debugging work, and has made the experiment test on this system to the cocurrent motor and the three-phase asynchronous motor .The experimental result indicated that based on the DSP numerical control, by the turbulent flow measurement motor and the Photoelectric encoder measured unifies the motor machinery laboratory bench satisfies the laboratory teaching use completely. Simultaneously also gives the motor machinery laboratory bench the numerical control to provide the broad prospect.
