Research Of Vending Machine With Multi-Payment Function

It will be a trend that the vending machine becomes more and more popular in China due to the rapid development of economy and people's living standard. Common vending machine in the past with single sale and cash payment function limits its promotion and application. So a vending machine based on ARM technology is designed, which uses the screw propeller and lifter as the canned sending mechanism, sells a wide range of goods and has multi-payment function.Firstly, the article analysis MDB protocol, RF card technology, SMS principle and CAN bus technology characteristics on the base of background and functional requirement, which lays the foundation for the research and development of multi-payment vending machine.Secondly, take the actual project - canned beverage vending machine as an example, it uses 32-bit ARM embedded microprocessor LPC2119 as the system control chip and designs the general outline for the hardware part. Refer to the software part, it is carried out by standard C language under Keil uVision3.0 development environment, mainly introduces the design of main board program which holds the dominant position. Meanwhile, the canned sending mechanism and CAN communication modules are described in details, including the choice and control of sending mechanism, the design of the CAN interface circuit and how the CAN communication come true.Then, for the research of multi-payment, the paper builds a vending machine payment system based on GPRS network for long-distance signal transmission platform, describes the consuming model and basic communication for cash, RF card and SMS payment. Finally, the vending machine has been tested in laboratory and scene. The result shows that the design of control system meets the expected requirement and achieves well running.
