Prefabrication And Erection Of 900T Pre-Stressed Double-Track Simply Supported Box Girder For Passenger Dedicated Railway

At the present, the design speed of railway line for passenger traffic under large scale construction in China is up to 350km/h. It puts forward many new challenges and requirements for railway bridge technology in China. In order to ensure train running at high speed and comfortable traveling of passengers, it has high requirement of the evenness and smoothness of track. As one of load bearing structures of track, it requires that bridge not only has sufficient strength, rigidity and the minimum deformation after construction but also the durability. Because pre-stressed simply supported box beams are prefabricated and manufactured in concentration in factory and their quality is easy to control with fast speed production as well as the large-tonnage lifting, carrying and erecting equipment has been more mature and other reasons, pre-stressed simply supported box beams have been widely used in the construction of railway line for passenger traffic. In this thesis, based on the construction practice of Zhenzhou-xi'an railway line for passenger traffic, it mainly describes the planning and design of prefabncation yard for 32m pre-stressed simply supported box beams, design of formwork and technology and control points of prefabrication of box beams for railway line for passenger traffic. It also introduces the technology of shifting, lifting, carrying and erecting for 900t pre-stressed simply supported box beams. The author puts forward his considerations of the development of large-span pre-stressed simply supported box beams. It is hoped that they will stimulate more ideas from others. We can contribute more to the railway line for passenger traffic and high speed railway under the large scale construction in China.
