The blade is one of most important parts for turbine.Besed on better designed blade for turbine, higher efficiency is obtained and great performance can be gained. In this paper, the meridional streamline curvature method is used to analys the flow channel at first, Second, base on the mean S2 surface which got by the controlled vortex technology, the blade body building can be carried out easily. Finally, Using the formated data which outputted by calculate programme, the designed result can be checked by NUMECA Software quickly. The whole designing procedure has been compiled with C++ language.From the total desire of turbine,using the meridional streamline curvature method which is widely used in the design and performance analys of turbomachinery to design flow channels.The triangle of airflow speed can be got and also the total capability of every stage can be gained in this process.Next, in blade flow channel, utilizing the Controlled Vortex technology which the mean S2 surface can be obtain. Combine with the array of thickness along blade, the body of blade can be build from the Pressure and Suction section which obtained by extend for mean S2 surface inside and outside direction. By reason of consider of aerodynamic and geometry influence during Mean S2 surface design course, this method is excelled than the simplicity geometry design.From the formated data which outputted by calculate programme, the test process can be carry out great efficiency and easily by NUMECA software.Base on front designing theory, Achieve a effective and practicality blade design method,also apply to three stage turbine designing. The designing processes show that this system can be used to design turbine efficieny. Especially to adjust the input outlet vortex value of every blade row, performance can be reach to the optimization.
