Icing on the engine of impetus, the safety of the flight formation of a great deal of hidden.,Anti-ice protection system is a necessary protective devices. From the view of engineering application, a new type of heat-ice structure was introduced in this paper, Based on a certain type of engine inlet lip-ice surface of the thermal load distribution characteristics. For the maximal hot load in stagnation area, jets impingement were set, while board inlet with variable sectional double skin board. experiment with using numerical simulation was used.Studies included: 1. An experiment about anti-icing system was design and conducted to investigate its performance, based on the prototype of inlet lip-line section ; 2. Different structural parameters and flow parameters were explored for the research of heat transfer characteristics, and edge-shaped circle nozzle flow rate coefficient was determined ; 3. Based on turbulent models of the application conditions, an appropriate model was select to verift experimenttal results, with good agreement, while revealed flow and temperature distribution Characteristics more clearly as well as inruitively ;4. against impinging jet and rectangular channel flow and heat transfer characteristics ,several structure of their respective parameters of was discussed for the influence of flow and heat transfer characteristics .Later in this paper, on the basis of design, optimized the inlet anti-ice system.Studies show that: the local impact of jet heat transfer enhances obviously,while existing a best high degree of the impact of the effect of heat transfer ratio (Zn: 3 to 5); inviable cross-section and rib section are the main heat transfer enhancement direction ; the overall heat transfer is little affected by radint on wall outside,so plate flow can be alternative to analysis heat transfer characteristic;'hot linking'less affects to overall heat transfer , but a greater impact on wall temperature distribution; traped nozzle is the main factor of flow distribution; for transonic jet impingment , the flow from upstream to downstream are basically evenly distributed.
