The construction design and layout strategies of high-rise building residential district in mountainous city has an important effect on the integrative optimization of physical environment which has an important significance on the guide of residential district design and improvement of human comfort. Aimed at Chongqing distict, by the method of collecting meteorological parameters,traffical noise value combined using modern testing technology, the author quantitatively analyse the relationship between physical environment and the construction design,layout strategies of high-rise building residential district in mountainous city. On the basement, the author make them organic combined, and pose reasonable construction design and layout strategies which can integratively optimize physical environment of high-rise building residential district in mountainous city.Firstly, we get the information of temperature and wind field of the high-rise building group in mountainous city which is located in Chongqing University and Xuelin residential district by testing and simulating. On this basement. We analyse the effects of different types of construction layout strategies and ground surface upon the micro climate.Secondly, base the testing of traffical noise value aroud the residential district, we analyse the noise value,superstandard condition and cause of groud and differene building floor of the residential district. Then, we analyse the optimize effects of voice shield,green belt,sound proof window,construction layout strategies upon voice environment, pose the optimize measures of voice environment in building residential district.Thirdly, we analyse the sunshine of Xuelin residential district by climatic characteristics and simulation. Then, we detailedly explain the effects of construction layout strategies,exposition and distance upon light environment in the high-rise building group. Base on this, we do some simulation towards construction layout strategies to optimize the light environment.Finally, aimed at the topo condition of Chongqing distict, we detailedly explain the common characters and inconsistencies of construction layout strategies method which profit the thermal environment,voice environment and light environment in high-rise building residential district. Base on accepting common characters and concord inconsistencies, we summarize the construction layout strategies method in mountainous city which can integrative optimizate physical environment of high-rise building residential district. At last, we pose integrative optimization scheme towards Xuelin residential district and verify it by simulation.
