The Harmonious Coexistence between man and our nature is the eternal belief for us to pursue. Sunshine which is inexhaustible in supply and always available for use is the healthiest, the most brightness and the most comfortable a light source. By far, the using of sunshine to illuminate only stick on making use of sunshine that pass through the glazing or the skylight, this type of utilization has a very low utilance. The apparatus of light-collecting and illumination first collect the sunshine and then transfer it to buildings by the optical fiber under the presupposition that the sunshine do not carry out energy conversion of heated, electrical and mechanical. It reserves the great mass natural characteristic of sunshine. This research will wide the domain of traditional solar utilization. Finding out new technologies for daylight illumination and collecting sunshine to illuminate become a main point of most countries'researches. EU has turned the 85 percents of nearly 10 years researching on solar energy heating and budget for growth to daylight illumination research. But for our china, it's just be a starting state.It develops a system of sunshine collecting and illumination. The system is composing of sunshine collecting device, automatic tracking device for sunshine collector, spectrum separation device and sunshine transmission and illuminate device. It's structure is very simpleness. With its higher tracking accuracy and lower cost, it has a dedinite use value. After analyzing the principle of typical condenser, it designs a once parabolic concentrator and twice parabolic concentrator to collect sunshine.while materia selection and dimension calculation have done, it designs a sunshine automatic tracking device for maximum sunshine collecting. This tracking system is consist of tracking sensor, control circuit and azimythal angle and elevation angle adjusting mechanism. It adopt the tracking methods that combined sensor tracking with timer tracking,the tracking accuracy and stability are all higher.It also bring forward viable scheme for spectrum separating and choose reflection film to separate the visible light from infrared light. Then, do some design optical fiber which is using for sunshine tansmission. At last, do some analysis on the illuminated standards that aim at different buildings thus to design mixed lighting system combined sunshine illumination with artificial lighting.Through experiments, the performance of the designed sensor is stable. Even in the Overpoweringly hot summer days, the photronic output will not achieve to saturation, the performance of control circuit and adjusting mechanism are also well. under the control of software program, the system can working smoothly.
