In this paper, the actuality of hydrodynamic forces on the small-diameter piles were analyzed, and the wave of load-related problems on the basis of the foreign scholars' research was discussed; we studied the calculating methods of wave loads chiefly by Morison equation, some factors were discussed ,such as the choice of the haul force coefficient and the inertia force coefficient, selection of the wave theories etc. For these factors, the author not only did the theoretical calculating, but also analyzed the difference of the methods. According to the theoretical methods, the author took the reciprocity between wave and water flow into account, did the physical model experiment at the same time. Comparing the results by theoretical methods with experimental results, the author validated the method, and calculated the wave forces on the offshore wind turbine pile foundations by this means.The hydrodynamic forces on the tripod and four piles foundations of the offshore wind turbine were calculated by Morison equation, the changes of wave in the current were taken into account. The author calculated the hydrodynamic forces on the tripod and four piles foundations by dispersed eddy method, and compared with the results by Morison equation. The horizontal two-dimension vortices-stream function Navier-Stokes equation of incompressible viscous fluid flow was solved by dispersed eddy method, and the flow filed of the wave and current co-exist in tripod and four piles foundation was simulated, the hydrodynamic forces' changes of the piles and the tower in the flow filed, and the arrangement angles of the foundations were given.
